Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

To deposit at ygbet, you can use KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay, CB Pay, and bank transfer.

  • Minimum deposit amount: 20,000 Ks

3.2 Withdrawals

Withdrawals are processed after checks to ensure there are no fraudulent issues.

  • Minimum withdrawal amount: 20,000 Ks
  • Withdrawing via the same method used for your deposit is preferred.
  • Standard processing time: within 15 minutes to 2 hours.
  • Withdrawals may be delayed if KYC verification is not yet complete.
Please note that if bonus funds are included, withdrawals are only available after the wagering requirement has been met.

3.3 Payment Security

Bonus and Promotion Terms

Promotions are rewards offered by ygbet to players and are governed by this agreement.

4.1 First Deposit Bonus (Welcome Bonus)

ygbet's 200% First Deposit Bonus is available up to a maximum of 200,000 Ks.

  • The bonus is awarded for the first deposit only.
  • Wagering requirement: the bonus amount must be wagered × 10 times before a withdrawal can be made.
Example 1: Deposit 20,000 Ks → bonus 40,000 Ks → balance 60,000 Ks → must wager 40,000 Ks × 10 = 400,000 Ks.
Example 2: If you deposit 220,000 Ks → bonus 200,000 Ks → balance 420,000 Ks → you must wager 200,000 Ks × 10 = 2,000,000 Ks.

4.2 Bonus Restrictions

  • The bonus must be claimed within 7 days of deposit. It will expire if not claimed in time.
  • The bonus can only be claimed once per account, per IP address, and per device.
  • The bonus does not require you to play only with real money — bonus funds and real money can be played together until the wagering requirement is met.
  • ygbet may reclaim the bonus if fraud is suspected.

4.3 VIP Program Cashback

Every VIP tier at ygbet (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum) comes with weekly cashback. Reaching a higher tier depends on your play volume and consistency.

  • Bronze — weekly cashback up to 0.4%
  • Silver — weekly cashback up to 0.8%
  • Gold — weekly cashback up to 1.1%
  • Platinum — weekly cashback up to 1.5%

4.4 Referral Reward

When you refer friends to ygbet, you receive 10% of each friend's first deposit as bonus funds (up to 20,000 Ks per person). You also earn 0.2% weekly commission on your friends' eligible play. There are no further rates or amounts beyond what is stated here.

Player Responsibilities

Players at ygbet must fulfil their own responsibilities to help maintain a fair playing environment.

5.1 Fair Play

All games on the ygbet platform are managed by a Random Number Generator (RNG). Game outcomes are not predetermined.

  • We audit our RNG regularly through third-party checks.
  • Players must not attempt to manipulate game outcomes by any unauthorised means.

5.2 Betting Limits

ygbet may set betting limits on games to maintain a better playing environment. Those limits are announced on the platform.

5.3 Financial Responsibilities

Any credit arising after play is not treated as a bonus — players may only play once their funds are available in their account.

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on ygbet.

6.1 Prohibited Matters

  • Money laundering or any financial crime
  • Bonus abuse — playing only with bonus funds and attempting to withdraw before wagering requirements are met
  • Using bots, scripts, or any automated system
  • Opening multiple accounts to claim additional bonuses
  • Misusing payment methods (including initiating chargebacks)
  • Collusion — transferring funds or coordinating payments between players
  • Violating fair play standards by abusing or harassing other players

Account Suspension and Closure

ygbet holds this right to protect player safety and the integrity of the platform.

7.1 Reasons for Suspension

  • Accounts may be temporarily suspended if documents requested for KYC verification are not submitted
  • Accounts may be suspended during an investigation if suspicious financial activity is detected
  • Accounts may also be suspended if the player themselves requests self-exclusion

7.2 Account Closure

ygbet may close an account without prior notice in the following circumstances—

  • Serious breach of this agreement
  • Committing financial fraud
  • Found to be under 21 years of age
  • By direction of a law enforcement authority

We cannot guarantee the return of any genuine funds (excluding bonuses) remaining in a closed account, but each case will be reviewed individually.
